13-Year-Old Boy Suspended for Drawing Gun

I was reading about a 13 year old boy getting suspended for drawing a gun. The picture of that gun is below.

The story went on to talk about how the poorly drawn picture was a threat. At first I didn't see that, but on second though, it is a threat. A threat to artist and sketch artist everywhere. I can only guess that the school holds their future artist to very high expectations and they want to give him time off to work on his art work.

I don't think it had anything to do with being a gun. An apple drawn that poorly might have yielded the same result, what do you think?
